Contact Us

Everything comes to one email address, answered from Písac within 48 hours. No phone line, no contact form, no chat widget. The questions people bring us deserve a written answer you can keep, not a hold queue.

The short answer

How to reach us

Write to support@eclmedia.agency. A person on the Písac team reads it, not an autoresponder, and replies within 48 hours. Medical and medication questions are passed to the physician who screens every application; everything else is answered by whoever can actually answer it. That is the entire system.

You do not need to have applied, and you do not need to be sure you ever will. Some of the longest email threads in this inbox belong to people who decided, after a dozen honest answers, that this work was not for them. We consider those threads a success.

One address · four kinds of email

What to put in the subject line

There is no form because a form loses your words, and your words are what the physician reads. Instead, a subject-line word routes your email. Miss it and nothing breaks; it just takes one reply longer.

Subject: APPLY

Applying for a week

Say which open week interests you and we send the thirty-four-question application. A physician reads it within 48 hours. Nothing is charged to apply, and declined applicants get the reason in writing.

Start the email
Subject: MEDICAL

Medication and health questions

List every prescription and supplement with doses. The physician answers these personally, so allow the full 48 hours. If you are asking about SSRIs, lithium or a heart condition, ask before you book anything anywhere.

Start the email
Subject: FAMILY

Reaching a guest on retreat

Guests hand in their phones for the week, so family messages come through us. Include the guest’s name; these are checked morning and evening on retreat weeks, weekends included, and passed on the same day.

Start the email
Subject: REFERRAL

Clinicians, press and partners

Therapists and physicians asking on behalf of a client, journalists, and researchers. We share our screening protocol and emergency procedures with any clinician who asks, and we name our sources to any journalist who does.

Start the email

If you have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services, not this inbox. Email is read twice a day, not continuously, and nothing on this page is medical advice.

Why no phone, why no form

Why we have no phone number

Most retreat centers put a phone number on this page because phones close sales. We removed ours for three reasons we can state plainly, and each one is about safety rather than style.

01
The physician needs your exact words

“Sertraline, 100mg, four years” written by you is a medical record. The same sentence relayed from a phone call is a guess. Screening that begins in writing stays accurate all the way to the maloca.

02
Email removes the pressure to decide

Nobody here is paid to keep you on a call. You can sit with an answer for a week, forward it to your therapist or your spouse, and reply when you are ready, or not at all.

03
You keep the record, not us

Every promise we make about price, refund terms, or what your taper requires exists in a thread you own. If a center will only tell you something by phone, ask yourself why.

The one phone call in this process is the forty-five-minute video call with your integration lead, and it happens after the physician has read your file. It is scheduled in writing, on your time zone.

When and where we answer

Where we are and when we answer

The people replying are the people you would meet: the coordinator who books your transfer, the integration lead who calls you, the physician who reads your file. Nobody answering this inbox has ever seen a sales script.

Písac, Sacred Valley, Cusco region, Peru. 9,750 feet, an hour by road from Cusco airport (CUZ).
Peru does not observe daylight saving. GMT-5 all year: same hour as New York in winter, one behind in summer.
Visits to the property are by application only. There is no walk-in reception and the address is shared after a place is confirmed.

On ceremony weeks the team sleeps in the mornings, so replies land in the Písac afternoon. The windows above still hold.

After you press send

What happens after you email us

01 · A person reads it

The coordinator opens the inbox twice a day and routes each thread by its subject-line word. There is no autoresponder and no ticket number.

02 · The right person answers

Medical questions go to the physician, logistics to the coordinator, everything about the year afterwards to an integration lead. You get a name at the bottom of every reply.

03 · The thread is yours

No newsletter signup, no retargeting pixel fired from this page, no follow-up you did not ask for. If you stop replying, we stop writing.

Questions about contacting us

Common questions

Questions about the retreat itself, like altitude, screening, price and the week, are answered on the homepage. These are about the inbox.

Can I talk to someone before I apply?

Yes. In writing first, then by video. Email any question and a person answers it. If you apply, a forty-five-minute call with your integration lead is part of screening, before a place is offered and before anything is charged.

Can a past guest tell me what it was really like?

Ask, and we connect you with an alumnus who volunteered to take these emails, chosen for having had a hard week, not a glowing one. We do not sit in on the conversation.

Do you reply during ceremony weeks?

Yes, in the Písac afternoon rather than the morning, because the team is awake through ceremony nights. The 48-hour window holds; family messages are checked twice daily and passed on the same day.

I emailed and heard nothing. Now what?

Check spam first; replies come from a person’s name, which filters sometimes distrust. Then write again with NUDGE in the subject; nobody here reads a second email as rudeness.

Is my email confidential?

Yes. Medical details are read only by the physician and your integration lead, never the maestros and never marketing, because there is no marketing department. We do not sell, share or trade a single address.
